Leland’s Biggest Loser Challenge

Are you looking for a fun and healthy way to kick off the New Year?  North Brunswick Chiropractic along with Shape Up Studio is sponsoring Leland’s first ever Biggest Loser Challenge.  The contest will begin January 15, 2011 and run for 6 weeks.  During the challenge participants will undergo a 6-week detoxification program, receive 20 classes at Shape Up Studio (including Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, circuit training, tai chi, and tango), as well as weekly coaching and motivational meetings.
